Success Coach: Your assigned point of contact to guide you through your plan.

You: Anyone using Blue Sky.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Active Customers: Your account stays live and data is retained while your subscription is active.

Inactive Customers: If you cancel, your account is archived and deactivated, but not deleted. This allows you to resume services without losing history.

Data Retention Period: Health-related data is retained securely for up to 7 years to comply with medical standards and support long-term trend tracking.

Full Deletion: You may request permanent deletion at any time (see below).

Account & Data Deletion Policy
If you no longer wish to use Blue Sky, you may delete your account and associated data.

Option 1: Delete Within the App
Open the Blue Sky App

Go to Settings > Account

Tap “Delete Account”

Confirm — deletion is permanent

Option 2: Email Us
Email privacy@blueskyhealth.co with subject line: Account Deletion Request
Include:

Your full name

The email associated with your Blue Sky account

A simple request to delete your account

We’ll confirm and delete your account/data within 7 business days.

What Happens After Account Deletion?
-All personal data (labs, reports, messages) will be permanently removed
-Your account will be fully deactivated
-You will need to start fresh if you return in the future

Some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or clinical compliance reasons, such as lab reports or baseline evaluations. If retained, it is stored securely and not used for marketing or analytics.
