Blue Sky App – Account & Data Deletion
At Blue Sky, we believe your health journey is yours to own—including your data. If you’ve decided to pause or end your Blue Sky experience, you have full control to delete your account and associated information. Here’s how:
🚨 How to Delete Your Account
Via the Blue Sky App:
- Open the App
Launch the Blue Sky app and log into your account. - Go to Settings
Tap on your profile and navigate to the Settings section. - Select ‘Delete Account’
Scroll to the bottom and select “Delete Account.” - Confirm Deletion
You’ll be asked to confirm your decision. Please note: this action is permanent.
Once confirmed, your account and personal data will be permanently removed from our systems.
📩 Need Help? Delete via Email
If you’re unable to delete your account through the app, email us directly:
- Email: support@blueskycenters.com
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Include:
- Full Name
- Email address linked to your Blue Sky account
- A short request to delete your account
Our team will confirm deletion within 7 business days.
🧾 What Happens After Deletion?
Once your account is deleted:
- All health data, reports, and habit tracking will be permanently erased.
- You’ll no longer have access to your assessments, LifeScore, lab results, or personalized plans.
- If you return in the future, you’ll need to start fresh with a new account.
🔒 Data Retention Policy
In rare cases, we may be required to retain limited data for legal or compliance purposes. Any retained information will be stored securely and used only as required by law.
